Bax
Arnold Bax (1883-1953) was an English composer, pianist and writer whose music is among the most richly atmospheric in British late Romanticism. Born in London, he was drawn strongly to Celtic literature and landscape, especially Ireland, which left a lasting mark on his imagination.
