Arnold van Mill
Arnold van Mill (1921-1996) was a Dutch bass, prominent in Wagner and German repertory after the Second World War. He sang at major European houses and became especially associated with Bayreuth.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears in Horenstein’s Mahler Eighth, in Wagner broadcasts from Bayreuth and elsewhere, and in repertory requiring bass weight and textual authority.
