This catalogue entry refers to Ettore Bastianini (1922-1967), the Italian baritone, here preserved under a product-tag spelling variant as “Bastiannini.”

In the Pristine catalogue this duplicate-form page is attached to the 1959 stereo Lucia di Lammermoor with Renata Scotto, Giuseppe di Stefano and Nino Sanzogno.

Bastianini’s singing was admired for tonal beauty, nobility of line and Verdian authority. The fuller artist entry appears under the standard Ettore Bastianini spelling.

This page is therefore best understood as a duplicate tag marker, kept so browsing remains intelligible across the catalogue’s older spellings.
