Luigi Alva (1927-2025) was a Peruvian tenor, one of the great Mozart and Rossini singers of the twentieth century. He was admired for elegance, agility and perfectly placed lyric style.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears in Mozart, Rossini and Verdi, including Giulini’s Don Giovanni, Callas’s Il barbiere di Siviglia and Giulini’s Falstaff.
