Günther Treptow

Günther Treptow (1907-1981) was a German tenor, best known for Wagner and heroic repertory. He sang at major German houses and appeared in important post-war Wagner performances.

In the Pristine catalogue he appears repeatedly in Furtwängler’s 1950 La Scala Ring cycle and related Wagner material.
