Georg Solti
Georg Solti (1912-1997) was a Hungarian-born British conductor and pianist, one of the dominant conductors of the later twentieth century. He became especially associated with opera, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a vast recorded legacy.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears as pianist with Georg Kulenkampff in Brahms, and as conductor in Strauss and other repertory.
