Charles Anthony
Charles Anthony (1929-2012) was an American tenor, long associated with the Metropolitan Opera. He sang more performances at the Met than any other artist in the company’s history.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears in several Metropolitan Opera broadcasts, including Verdi, Puccini and Donizetti repertory with major colleagues such as Joan Sutherland, Birgit Nilsson and Franco Corelli.
