Giuseppe Modesti

Giuseppe Modesti (1915-1998) was an Italian bass-baritone, active in opera and concert repertory. He appeared at La Scala and in a number of important mid-century Italian recordings.

In the Pristine catalogue he appears in Verdi’s Aida and Cherubini’s Medea with Maria Callas and La Scala forces.
