Irene Dalis
Irene Dalis (1925-2014) was an American mezzo-soprano, especially associated with Wagner and dramatic repertory. She sang for many seasons at the Metropolitan Opera and later founded Opera San José.
In the Pristine catalogue she appears in Leinsdorf’s Metropolitan Opera Ring cycle, including Das Rheingold and Die Walküre.
