Joseph Schuster
Joseph Schuster (1903-1969) was a cellist, born in Constantinople and later active in Europe and the United States. He served as principal cellist of major orchestras and built a distinguished solo career.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears in Bernstein’s 1943 debut programme with the Philharmonic-Symphony Orchestra of New York.
