Julius Prüwer
Julius Prüwer (1874-1943) was an Austrian conductor, active in Berlin and other German-speaking musical centres. His recorded legacy preserves a conductor now far less remembered than his career once warranted.
In the Pristine catalogue he appears in The Forgotten Maestro, a dedicated collection of recordings from 1928 to 1933, and with Alexander Brailowsky in Chopin.
