Fletcher Henderson and His Orchestra was an American jazz orchestra led by pianist, arranger and bandleader Fletcher Henderson.

The ensemble was one of the most important big bands of the 1920s and early 1930s.

Its arrangements and personnel helped shape the development of swing, and its history is closely connected with early recordings by Louis Armstrong and other major jazz musicians.
