Frank Mullings (1881-1953) was an English tenor, associated with British opera and early electrical recordings. He was active in the repertory of the British National Opera Company.

In the Pristine catalogue he appears in Goossens’s 1927 recording of Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci.

Mullings’s singing belongs to an earlier English operatic tradition, before international studio style had fully standardised vocal expectations. Such recordings preserve a distinctive period manner.
