Daisy Kennedy
Daisy Kennedy (1893-1981) was an Australian violinist, internationally active in the early twentieth century. She studied in Europe and built a career as a soloist at a time when Australian string players were still comparatively rare on the world stage.
In the Pristine catalogue she appears in Hamilton Harty’s acoustic concerto recordings, alongside Albert Sammons, Arthur Catterall and other important British string players.
