Anatole Fistoulari
Anatole Fistoulari (1907-1995) was a Ukrainian-born conductor, widely admired for ballet and Russian repertory. A child prodigy on the podium, he later worked extensively in Britain and made many recordings.
Fistoulari was especially associated with Tchaikovsky, ballet scores and concerto accompaniment. In the Pristine catalogue he appears with Clifford Curzon, Julius Katchen, Alfredo Campoli and the London Symphony Orchestra.
