SEVITZKY Indianapolis Symphony Vol. 5

This week brings you our 48th and final release of 2021, featuring Fabien Sevitzky and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, a combination that has gone down very well with the critics: "Sevitzky is a brilliant success, completely capturing the music’s soaring grandeur ... a very fine achievement. Enthusiastically recommended!" (Fanfare)

This fifth volume features two works by Haydn - the overture to L'Isola Disabitata and his Symphony No. 73 ('La Chasse') - and three by Grieg: suites from Peer Gynt and Sigurd Jorsalfar, and the four Symphonic Dances, all brilliantly transferred for Pristine by Mark Obert-Thorn.
