How to 'convert' a download order to a CD order

Pristine Classical downloads are our preferred way of getting fabulous music to you, but we recognise that not everyone finds this the easiest thing to get to grips with, and after wrestling with FLACs, MP3s, replay software and so forth you may have decided that perhaps it would have been easier to order the CD.

Because our downloads and CD orders are handled and paid for by separate systems, there is no simple 'click to convert' system to replace a download with a CD order. However, it can be done and your payments for downloads can be refunded quickly and in full - though for obvious reasons we do have a standard procedure for how this is done:

  1. Place an order at our website for the CDs you wish to order as 'conversions' from downloads already purchased

  2. Send an e-mail to downloadsupport@pristineclassical.com detailing your CD order and corresponding previous download order - please include order dates and transaction IDs

  3. Receive your refund - We'll check the items ordered correspond and then refund your original download payment for all items which qualify as being 'converted' from a download to a CD order

Please make sure you follow the order as shown above - we cannot issue refunds on any downloads unless a CD order has been placed and paid for - for the same recording(s).
